Information obligations according to Art. 13 EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO)
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example, name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis.

The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending advertising and information material not expressly requested is hereby expressly prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam mails.

Order processors, Recipients
We process your personal data with the support of order processors who assist us in providing the services (e.g. web hosters).
These processors are obliged to strictly protect your personal data and are not allowed to process your personal data for any other purpose than the provision of our services. Your personal data is only passed on to service providers typical for the economy, such as banks (in the case of bank transfers to you), tax advisors (if you appear in our accounting), shipping service providers (in the case of shipping to you), etc.

Cookies

We do not use cookies.

Analytics tools
We do not use tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Pixel.

Google Fonts

We do not use Google Fonts.

Contact form
After sending the contact form, the personal data entered by you will be processed by the data protection controller for the purpose of processing your request based on your consent given by sending the form. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide the personal data. The only consequence of not providing it is that you do not submit your request and we cannot process it.
 You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by written notification, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation. Further processing of the data, which is compatible with the original purpose of processing, will take place on the same legal basis for the purpose of direct marketing in forms not subject to consent, such as the addressed postal dispatch of advertising, until objection is made. In this case, the data will be transferred to the mailing service provider. You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct advertising at any time by written notification. In case of objection, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose of direct advertising.
The data disclosed in the respective inquiry forms as well as the data (such as name, e-mail, telephone, address, zip code, city, country) will be used to respond to your inquiry. This data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after the last customer contact.

E-Mail

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us by e-mail via the link provided on the website. If you contact us by e-mail, your e-mail address and the information from your inquiry will be collected and stored by us. The e-mail address and other information from the inquiry are processed in order to answer your e-mail inquiry.

The processing of the e-mail address is carried out in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1 sentence 1 (f) DSGVO. The legal basis for processing the other information from the request is Art. 6, para. 1, sentence 1 (b) DSGVO.

We will delete this data after storage is no longer necessary or we will restrict the processing of this data if there are legal retention obligations.

Externe Links

This website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

Youtube-Videos

We have embedded YouTube videos on our website, which are stored on http://www.youtube.com and and can be played directly from our website. These are all embedded in “Advanced Data Protection Mode”, which means that no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only if you play the videos, the data mentioned in paragraph 2 will be transferred. We have no influence on this data transfer.

YouTube is a subsidiary of Google LLC with headquarters in San Bruno, California. By visiting the website, YouTube is informed that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in para. 4 (Use of cookies) of this privacy policy is transferred. This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account to which you are logged in or whether no user account exists.

If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly linked to your account. If you do not want this, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation also takes place for users who are not logged in, in particular for the provision of demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles; however, to exercise this right, you must contact YouTube.

Google-Maps

This website uses Google Maps API, a mapping service provided by Google Inc (“Google”), to display an interactive map and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may transfer the information obtained through Maps to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

You have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our pages.

Data subject rights
You are generally entitled, subject to the applicable law:
• to request information as to whether and what personal data STH has stored about you and to receive copies of such data;
• to request that STH correct, supplement or delete your personal data that is incorrect or is not being processed in accordance with the law;
• Restrict the processing of your personal data where appropriate and object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances or withdraw consent previously given for the processing.
• Request data portability,
• to know the identity of third parties to whom your personal data are disclosed and to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.
